TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CHECK IN: rooms are available from 3.00 p.m.
CHECK OUT: within 11.00 a.m.
MINIMUM STAY: during weekend and high occupancy periods we require a minimum stay of 2 nights.  During peak season trades or exhibitions, the required minimum stay is of 3 nights.
RATE INCLUDES: All Taxes (VAT at 10%) – Air conditioning or heating (accordingly with season and weather conditions) – Satellite colour TV – a safe in the room – the use of internet point – Wi-Fi connection.
RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Outdoor parking place (only upon request) – Mini bar in the room (only upon request) – Various uses (bar – telephone) and anything not specifically expressed under the word “the rate includes”.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No charge for cancellations within SEVEN days from expected arrival date: one day of charge for cancellation after this time limit; three days of charge for NO SHOW or, if reserved for a shorter period, the full stay will be charged. In case of beforehand departure, not due to the Hotel’s lack or fault, the full booked stay will be charged.
Please be kindly advised that, shall a no-show occur, reserved room/s will be at guest’s fully disposal ONLY until 11.00a.m. of the day after expected arrival date.
