Check-out before 11:00 a.m.

LATE CHECK-OUT

Late Check out by 6:00 p.m. The cost is equal to 50% of the daily rate.
The availability of this service hangs upon Hotel occupancy, please check with the Reception.

BREAKFAST

Buffet Breakfast from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.
The extra cost for breakfast is € 10.00 per person per day (breakfast is not included in the room rate).

CITY TAX

€ 2,00 per person per day (not included in the room rate).

PARKING

Open-air parking. The extra cost is € 15,00 per day. Limited availability – only on request and if available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

No charge for cancellations notified within 5 days from arrival. From 5 days before arrival-to-arrival date, penalty is equal worth of one night stay.

NO-SHOW

Penalty is equal worth of one night stay. Should a no-show occur, missing any other communication from the guest, the hotel will hold the room until 11:00 a.m. of the day after the foreseen arrival.

EARLY DEPARTURES

In case of early departures, the entirety of the stay will be charged.

PAYMENTS

We accept VISA – MASTERCARD – – EUROCARD – EDC – MAESTRO – BANCOMAT and cash within the law-permitted limit.

GUARANTEE

You will be asked your credit card details in order to secure the reservation.

CONFIRMATION

Your booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the hotel written confirmation.

BABIES

Our baby cots are only suited for babies up to 24 months.

• 0/24 months:
  the baby stays for free when sleeping with parents (max 1 baby per room)
  €20.00 per day with baby cot (max 1 baby per room/cot)
  Cot are limited – reservation is needed
• 2/4 years old:
  € 15,00 per day when sleeping in bed with parents (max 1 baby)
  if an additional bed is requested, please refer to our triple room rates (limited availability– reservation is needed)

Children’s breakfast will be granted for free provided that both parents take advantage of the service (extra cost of € 10.00 per person per day).
